Hari Fateh (Giles Duncan)
I was first introduced to Kundalini Yoga at the age of 18 from one of my dance teachers at performing arts college. It instantly resonated with me and was soon meeting my teacher every 40 days to be given a new meditation/yoga set to work on. I soon began to notice the amazing benefits Kundalini Yoga was having on my mind, body and soul.
During my third year I decided to focus my dissertation on the science behind Kundalini Yoga, it’s links with neuroplasticity and how we can use it to heal addictions, habitually engrained behavior, and other emotional issues such as insomnia, depression and anxiety.
In 2018 I began my Level 1 Teacher Training with The Sahej Academy, and will complete my training in January 2019.
My mission is to make the teachings of Kundalini Yoga accessible to as many people as I possibly can, particularly the younger generation.
