Karen Taylor Kundalini Yoga 2022.jpg

I am Karen, a Kundalini Yoga teacher, mother and avid wild sea swimmer with a love of the outdoors and connecting with nature.

I am passionate about health and wellbeing and have studied a variety of energy healing
modalities (Reiki, EFT, Matrix Reimprinting, Meta Consciousness, Theta Healing) but one of
the most profound and empowering has been the regular practice of Kundalini Yoga.
Known as the “Yoga of Awareness”, Kundalini Yoga has had a deeply profound impact on my
life raising my consciousness and awareness. So after practicing for many years, I was
inspired to deepen my practice and undertake Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training.
I have found it so lifechanging, I feel drawn to share this powerful practice to help
EMPOWER others to ground, heal, connect and find their own power within.
I am also excited to be a Wild Sea Women leader; a community of women from all walks of
life, who come together collectively to support and encourage women to experience the
power of cold-water dipping; combined with Kundalini Yoga, breathwork and meditation.
Now is the time, more than ever, to step into the highest version of ourselves to live in
truth, authenticity and purpose.
