In 2009 I went to my first Kundalini yoga class and felt I had arrived home. Hari Bans, one of only two teachers in Scotland at the time, was just what I needed and she led me through the first few months, guiding me and giving me excellent advice.
Within a year I had signed up for the very first level one training in Scotland with Hari Har Ji,Sahej Academy, making me a KRI Yoga Teacher. The following year I went to France for the first of six weeks at the Amrit Nam Sarovar Yoga School for level two. This was an amazing experience one I am so glad I committed to.
I am a member of KYTA (Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) and fully insured.
I have attended seven White Tantric days and done Seva at home and in India.
I have been teaching since 2010 across Argyll and have incorporated my knowledge and experience into my counselling practice.
I now teach one class a week on Sunday morning via Zoom and
occasionally offer morning Sadhana or a 40 day practice.
When we practice Kundalini Yoga, we open ourselves to tap into our inner power and potential.
I look forward to seeing you on the journey.
Sundays at 11.00

Morning Sadhana 7.00 a.m. from the 8th August for 40 days. No charge
