Jenny Smith is a certified and experienced teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga, Mother & Baby Yoga and Yin Yoga.
Jenny began practicing regularly in 2012 whilst living in Brazil. Suffering from various physical and mental effects of a near fatal car accident, she went along to a Kundalini Yoga class in the hope that it would help in her recovery. What she found was a comprehensive physical and spiritual practice that has seen her through challenging times in life. She is passionate about sharing the practice of Kundalini Yoga with others.
Each Kundalini Yoga class is unique but always incorporates physical yoga, breath work, meditation and chanting. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you will be able to enjoy Jenny’s physically challenging yet deeply healing classes.

You are invited to join the Edinburgh Kundalini Yoga Community on the last Thursday in each month for a special early morning group yoga practice - Sadhana.
This beautiful transformative practice of rising early and coming together to chant, do yoga and meditate has to be experienced to be understood.
You don't have to be a Kundalini Yoga teacher or student to join - everyone is welcome! We will meet every Thursday at OMH Therapies at 5.30am. Donation is £5 to cover tea and venue contribution.
