Jenny Smith is a certified and experienced teacher of Kundalini Yoga, Pregnancy/Postnatal Yoga, Mother & Baby Yoga and Yin Yoga.


Jenny began practicing regularly in 2012 whilst living in Brazil. Suffering from various physical and mental effects of a near fatal car accident, she went along to a Kundalini Yoga class in the hope that it would help in her recovery. What she found was a comprehensive physical and spiritual practice that has seen her through challenging times in life. She is passionate about sharing the practice of Kundalini Yoga with others.


Each Kundalini Yoga class is unique but always incorporates physical yoga, breath work, meditation and chanting. Whether you are a complete beginner or an advanced practitioner of yoga, you will be able to enjoy Jenny’s physically challenging yet deeply healing classes.

As we go into autumn and winter, we are getting ready for the season of change and transition. We're bringing you another powerful workshop, filled with incredibly healing spiritual techniques - kundalini yoga, transformational breathwork and meditation - to help you build resilience and allow you to embrace change from a place of love and gratitude.


I will lead you through an energetic kundalini yoga kriya to prepare you physically and mentally for a deep inner journey of transformational breathwork, led by Lorena. The workshop will end with a healing meditation to help you integrate the two practices.

Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive and ancient technology incorporating yogic movement, breathwork, meditation and mantra to stimulate the kundalini energy and raise consciousness.

Transformational breathwork is a deeply healing practice working with a full, continuous breathing technique. It has the power to assist in healing your trauma, processing difficult emotions and reconnecting you to your true self.
