Catering and Cafes

​

Lunch is a beautiful home cooked meal from Sri Lankan Delights (vegan & gluten free).

Tea available throughout day. Bring snacks to share.

Let us know if you have any specific dietary needs  (vegan / gluten-free already covered), we will do our best to accommodate. (FYI: closest cafes Bruntsfield)

Parking and Public Transport

Parking: Free and plentiful around the venue on Spylaw Road and around the area
Bus: Regular Lothian Buses run from Edinburgh city centre—check timetables before travelling. 

What Should I Bring?

​

Wear loose comfy clothing and bring your own yoga mat, blocks/ cushion, blanket & water. Don' eat anything too heavy before class (2 hours at least), first class starts at 10am.

​

The venue has beautiful outdoor areas for gathering and relaxing. Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, sun cover, or waterproofs if needed.
