I’m an experienced Kundalini Yoga, hatha, gong and meditation teacher based in Glasgow. I first experienced the richness of Kundalini Yoga technology back in 2015. I welcomed and embraced the deeper connection to mind, body and spirit. It opens you to new sensations – more energy, positive thoughts, flexibility, strength and creative expression.
I’m particularly fascinated by the healing qualities of the Naad (the essence of all sound) – whether through my interests in music, mantra or the gong - and how it helps us elevate our spirit and enrich our lives. My teachings are also inspired by somatic movement practices such as Feldenkrais and Contact Improvisation that help inform new possibilities. I lead regular classes and workshops (currently online) suitable for all abilities – from complete beginners to more experienced yogis.
You don’t have to find anything outside of you. The jewels are all in You.
I’ll equip you with the practical tools and techniques of Kundalini Yoga, which you can use to build strength, vitality and aid relaxation – connecting breath, mantra, movement and meditation to raise your potential, while encouraging safe practice.
I completed my Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Sahej Academy and trained with gong master Mehtab Benton. I’m now discovering more jewels through my level 2 modules drawing inspiration from the Kundalini Yoga and dance communities and holistic practitioners worldwide.

Join me Mondays for some gentle toning and nourishing of our body systems through the Autumn/Winter season.
Expect a blend of Kundalini Yoga breathwork, movement, sacred sound and meditations fitting for current times to harmonise mind, body and soul.

Kundalini Yoga and Gong Healing Journey
The gong’s rhythmic overtones impact the body and its meridians and help clear the aura. They penetrate every cell and fibre of the body releasing blocks (energetic and emotional), reducing nervous tension and stress while boosting circulation. The resulting benefits are greater self-awareness and a deeper inner connection.

Join me for this three-part journey into a realm of healing, insight and intuition.
Part 1 – Kriya
We’ll prepare the body and quieten the mind through a blend of physical postures, breathing techniques and mantra.
Part 2 – Gong immersion
We'll then move into a seated meditation immersing in sacred sound with Venus and Symphonic gongs.
Part 3 – Deep relaxation with Wahe Guru Mantra
Limited spaces so book early. £25
All welcome. No previous experience necessary. Not suitable during pregnancy. Wear loose comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, bottle of water, a small cushion/support and light blanket for comfort.
