I’m a certified Kundalini Yoga, hatha, gong and meditation teacher based in Glasgow. I first experienced the richness of Kundalini Yoga technology back in 2015. I welcomed and embraced the deeper connection to mind, body and spirit. It opens you to new sensations – more energy, positive thoughts, flexibility, strength and creative expression.
I’m particularly fascinated by the healing qualities of the Naad (the essence of all sound) – whether through my interests in music, mantra or the gong - and how it helps us elevate our spirit and enrich our lives. My teachings are also inspired by somatic movement practices such as Feldenkrais and Contact Improvisation that help inform new possibilities. I lead regular classes and workshops (currently online) suitable for all abilities – from complete beginners to more experienced yogis.
You don’t have to find anything outside of you. The jewels are all in You.
I’ll equip you with the practical tools and techniques of Kundalini Yoga, which you can use to build strength, vitality and aid relaxation – connecting breath, mantra, movement and meditation to raise your potential, while encouraging safe practice.
I completed my Level 1 Kundalini Yoga teacher training with Sahej Academy and trained with gong master Mehtab Benton. I’m now discovering more jewels through my level 2 modules drawing inspiration from the Kundalini Yoga and dance communities and holistic practitioners worldwide.

The human sensory system is your greatest asset. Your creativity flows from it. It’s through our sensory system that energy flows – this is what touches the hearts of others. Are you feeling anxious, stuck or blocked? Imagine the capacity to use intuition and sensitivity amid the chaos, make decisions based on natural values and live a destiny that shares light and hope with the world. These are qualities of the sensory being.
These sessions will help you develop core awareness to cultivate your sensory system and find freedom in restriction. Expect a blend of movement, mantra and meditation. From the ground up, we’ll consciously connect to our breath, balance the nervous system and emotional energies through the five elements and channel our mental energy to intuitive awareness.
