My yoga journey began over 20 years ago with Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga.
I enjoyed the health benefits of both and relied heavily on my practice during both my pregnancies. However, I didn’t truly ‘connect’ with yoga outside of the physical.
Three years ago I joined a Kundalini Yoga class and after three sessions I was hooked!
It was the first time I wanted to truly understand a practice and integrate it into my daily life. The lights went on and I finally understood the “union' of true Yoga.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner and therapist I loved how Kundalini Yoga fitted into the picture - it was like the final piece of the puzzle!
In 2017 I began my teacher training with Hari Har Ji and Sat Nadar Kaur of the Sahej Academy. I qualified in 2018 as a KRI Level 1 Aquarian Teacher and am now building up my class schedule from my studio in East Lothian.
My online classes are
8.30am on Thursdays- Kundalini Yoga Mantras -11:11 class - classes are 30 minute long
7.30am on Fridays- Kundalini Yoga Class- classes are 60 minute long.

I also hold longer workshops during the school holidays where we practice two kriyas and two meditations and enjoy some Ayurvedic food and teas.
I have yoga and Ayurvedic retreats coming later this year.
